1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation or credit approval.
  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days, unless otherwise specified.
  • Custom-configured or special-order items may require additional lead time.
  • Orders are not considered confirmed until accepted by Quintilis.

Quintilis reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, availability issues, or distributor limitations.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Products are shipped via major carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight providers).
  • Shipping method is selected based on product type, size, and delivery location.
  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request and at additional cost.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only.
  • Quintilis does not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Quintilis is not liable for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, weather, force majeure, or supply chain disruptions.

4. Risk of Loss & Title

  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon:
  • Delivery to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point), unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.

For government contracts, risk of loss is governed by applicable FAR clauses and contract terms.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted in writing.
  • Freight charges are non-refundable unless due to Quintilis error.
  • Additional charges may apply for liftgate service, inside delivery, remote locations, or oversized freight.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

If damage is visible:

  • Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photos.
  • Notify Quintilis within 5 business days.
  • Failure to document damage at delivery may limit claim eligibility.

7. Partial Shipments

Quintilis reserves the right to make partial shipments when items become available.
Each shipment may be invoiced separately.
