Great for work. Cancels out background noise as well. I work in a loud call center so that's important.
Works perfectly for my needs. Comfortable, battery lasts my 8 hour shift no problem.
This is by far the best Cisco phone headset you can buy but I also use it for Zoom and Teams meetings with a simple press of the button on the multi-base. Lasts all day, can walk outside of the room with the door closed and it still works! Buy once, buy right.
If you work from home this is a must have. It works great for Teams.

I've gone through a number of headsets for my desk work phone spending anywhere from $19 to $47 and the noise cancellation and mic quality just weren't there.
